1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the “Policy”) has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for ensuring its security at BiometricLabs LLC (the “Operator”).

1.3. The Operator protects the personal data it processes against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.

2. Data processed

2.1. The Operator processes personal data voluntarily provided by the user when completing an enquiry form on the website:

  • telephone number;
  • other information voluntarily provided in the text of the enquiry.

5.2. Enquiries submitted through the website form are sent to the Operator’s email using the third-party form delivery service Formspree. Data is transferred over a secure connection.

5.3. Personal data is retained no longer than required for the purposes of processing. When those purposes have been achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed.

5.4. The user may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a relevant request to hello@biometriclabs.ru.

6. User rights

6.1. The user has the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of their personal data;
  • request the correction, blocking, or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or obtained unlawfully;

7. Transfer of data to third parties

7.2. Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) is used to deliver enquiries from the website. Data submitted through the form is processed by that service to the extent necessary to deliver the message to the Operator.

8. Cookies

8.1. The website does not use cookies to collect analytics and does not use web analytics systems. If this changes, the Policy will be supplemented with the relevant section.
